2008 Policies – Beach House Bed and Breakfast in Port McNeill

General Policies

All rates quoted include a full cooked breakfast for two
Minimum 2 consecutive nights booking
Beach House B&B is not suitable for children or pets
Check in time is between 4pm and 6pm, check out is 11am. Please no early arrivals unless specific, prior arrangements have been made.
We reserve the right to charge guests for damages to the room or property incurred by them while staying at Beach House B&B


As we are a small accommodation provider, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we require a minimum 14 day notice of cancellation at which time we will refund your deposit, less a $30 service fee.
For cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date (minimum 24 hours in advance of arrival) the deposit is retained with no surcharge.
Early departure or no-show will result in the full booking being charged.

We accept cash, traveler’s cheques, Visa and MasterCard
Deposit of one night + GST is required to hold reservation
Fees and room rates are subject to applicable GST
Prices are in Canadian Dollars and exclude taxes.
